He has worked across multiple industry sectors including consulting, pharmaceuticals, real estate, publishing brewing and medical devices clocking up more than 3 decades experience in Senior Accounting, IT and IT Project/Program Management roles with blue chip corporates including GSK, Heineken and Cochlear

Erick holds an MBA, CFA and has completed an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment in Australia. He is a passionate trainer both in academic (VET and Higher Ed) and corporate settings and has trained participants from diverse cultural background and industry. Some of the courses he has trained in vocational education over the past 5 years include Leadership & Management, Project Management and International Business/Trade.

Phil Lovell is a highly experienced IT professional and trainer, a certified professional with a Master's degree in IT for business. His experience includes technical roles building and implementing systems, leadership roles in quality, resource and skills management. Current professional focus includes talent management consulting using the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and mentoring in the professional year program.
