This course describes how 'Data' engineers design and build pipelines that transform and transport data into a format wherein, by the time it reaches the Data Scientists or other end users, it is in a highly usable state.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) can be applied to support the automation of work tasks and improve organisational productivity.

Modules will provide students an opportunity to work in this increasingly important field, which encompasses the learning of interpreting threat, data, information security, protection of critical infrastructure.
